As some of you may know, my wheels rub when i go over speed bumps/have people sat in the back?

Been quoted £50 + V.A.T. to have them done by a body shop up the road from me which is the cheapest quote I have had, though I still think its a lot of money

SO, im gonna do it myself Has anybody got any experience of doing this.

I have 1x Mallet and 1x angle grinder.........

First you need to take off your front bumper and smash it with the mallet and post pics on here

grinder and hammer is all you need and a tube of tigerseal then dont forget slap some paint on the edges where you have cut, hammerite will be good for this...

Cheers matty gizzle, i just dont want to pay £50+ for something that doesnt seem that hard to do.

Kif - i will be taking a big drill to my bumper sometime in the spring as well

if you hammer the arches back make sure you use a dolly on the other side or u risk damaging your wing
