well march 03 a taxi crashed into me and almost killed me ,and to cut a long story short.
police tried to blame me for dangerous driving , driving without due care and attention, rekless driving 
it wasnt my fault , after two months of me been stressed out about it all and the thought i were going to loose my lisence , the police banging on my door at 3am!!!!!!!!!! and threatening calls , i got a letter saying they aint blaming no one
so i then find out that this pakistani who crashed into me , is not insured.
so i got a private investigator onto it as i knew i had done nothing wrong , he then finds out that the driver of the car had lent his mates car and were doing taxi`n and didnt have a licence to drive taxis
then found out the car were insured but not certain the driver was covered under owner.
then the insurance company is based in indonesia ffs
then i get a letter saying he is suing me for a car , severe whiplash , family care , a hired car (how can you drive with severe whiplash???) loss of earnings
by this time when i read the letter i jumped in car to go visit him but my mum talks me round , id of killed the bastard if id of got hold of him.
so i get a good solisitor , insurance are on my side and a investigator so i feel a little better , been to see a few specialists since.
i knew it would of gone to court but not so soon .
woke up to a letter saying its going to court and they are waiting for a date but should be soon.
if i dont win i am going to run him over in car park
