i had the same problem on ebay when someone didnt pay up- dont think they will do much to be honest except ban him if he doesnt give up the car-thats about as far as they go

Update:

I rang earlier......













and there was no answer





















So I rang again....



and spoke to him

Explained who I was & why I was calling etc. He asked me If I had sent payment so I informed him that I had sent a message to his ebay account asking for his info various times but he didn't respond. Also mentioned that my preferred method of payment was cash on collection. He's selling it on behalf of his friend so he said he needed to speak to his friend about it. I told him to remind his friend that it is a legal contract & that if the transaction cannot be resolved between ourselves I would be contacting my solicitor.

He took down my number & said he'll call me back. Im gonna call him again tomorrow just to check up on him.

I was suprised that he actually sounded quite reasonable on the phone, I half expected him to hang up on me
