removed there front anti-roll bar if so why and benefits etc

aye, whip it off, gives more body roll and car doesnt slide out on corners.

no point if you dont have a bigger engine fitted really
corsa 120 - its all down to personal preference of how the car drives and feels. try it, its only what 8 10 mil bolts to remove and replace it??????

no it wont fail an mot without it at all.
if yours is a 1.4sri leave it as it is, you wont benefit from it at all.
more related to cars with 2.0 16v xe/let's or v6's as the extra weight over the front wheels causes the car to slide out on corners more than a std size engine would. by removing the anti roll bar, you increase some of the body roll back into the chasis, meaning its more likely to roll and try and go round the corner instead of with the anti roll bar it is tighter, and understeers out from under neath you.
