ignoring all the premium lounge stuff, does it tell u where the BATSYNTH.exe is located? You need to delete it! Norton is normally pretty gay tho - try using AVG Free Edition or even Spybot Search and Destroy (google for AVG, download.com for Spybot) End of Geek session

k, type C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\, then once in ther, click show files, then, ther shud b a folder called Batsynth or sumthin. then right click on it (dnt open it) and delete the fcuker. That should do it, unless it strts up wit PC, if so, try CTRL, ALT, DEL > Processes> Then find it and end task. Then repeat above steps. If you still cant get rid of it, try gettin Spybot or something. This should be able to delete it or, download the demo of spysweeper and use that (its good :thumbs One of those should do the trick P.S - Im not a Geek, just know my way around a PC a bt

Hmmm, try getting AVG, Spybot, Ad Aware and Spysweeper Demo - One of these should do the job. My personal experiences wit Norton hav been crap - AVG does a far better job and is free! Don't bother renewing next year mate!

I've never had any problems with Norton, it does it's job perfectly for me. Coupled with Microsoft AntiSpyware, my computer's been shit free for ages.
