does anyone know if you use the airport extreme card with the (airport "express" base station) it will connect to broadband because i was under the impression it only worked with the (airport "extreme" base station)... ta

It'll work with any 802.11b/g access point. We have 2 Airport'd Macs running off a Netgear access point back home, and it works absolutely fine.
