bread it is though, didn't even have that much to drink, was in rounds and everyone else in the round has managed to play for their sunday league side while i feel shit.

yeah, toast or chicken soup, no salt

toast is the best bet though, with butter

i find fruit easy to eat when feeling sick, apples or bananas. Avoid oranges though.
