Norwhich union maybe? Or Admiral, they are good for me
Norwhich union - I was on my mums insurance at 17, with mods such as alloys, suspension, exhaust. The mods worked out at about £3 extra a month which is nice
Admiral at 18 on my own policy, mods have decleration charge for each one u add. unless you add more at once, Bodykit + alloys is an extra £120 a year.

That'll work when you have a big crash and the insurance want a way out of paying
