seriously tho - yes they are illegal, they are so gay that you will be locked up for even thinking about putting them on your car.















No - but only on off-road use, you WILL be fined for using them while driving

You can have them but you cant use them on the public highway. Quite why you would want them anyway is another matter...

no andy, you can have em on your car, just cant have them on whilst the car is moving, tis upto the coppers disgression on if he's gonna fine ya 30 quid

theres no written law on if they are legal or not
