anyone know a place to get a really cheap one? like £50 or less... its for my mum so she dont really care about getting a good make or anything.

but if there was a good one for about £75 i might be tempted to get it for her. thinking argos or something!?

How about that? ive dealt with them and the service was good. And my dad sells alot of them CD players at work and had no troubles with them. Or theres a few others on there for around £70

cheers guys. that JVC one came with my car, sold it, its okay i suppose. argos do a sony one for £70 so thats worth thinking about. i guess goodmans aint too bad, but i would never get splx!

Goodmans is alright IMO. All the bedroom TVs at my parents house are Goodmans and never had a problem with them My Mum likes to match things up
