I went to G-Force rolling road in Aylesbury, with the PGAC lot to have a rolling road day on their dynodynamics rolling road. Each car was run 3 times to make sure there were no weird results - and everyone's 3 were usually pretty much within 1 bhp of each other. Also cars were generally making what they should be making.

Here's what my 106 gti made.

I've also got a graph for lambda for fueling (whether its rich / lean etc) and at the wheels.

It made 141.5 bhp at the fly, 116 bhp @ the wheels and 120 lb ft peak torque.

Was expecting something around the 135 mark, considering the 0-60 in 7 sec runs and 1/4 mile of low 15's.

Not bad for a pugsport decat exhaust + green filter. There were a couple of other Gti's with similar mods which made around 135-137 bhp. Then a Gti with some jap crap looking exhaust and cone filter ... 132 bhp.

Some 205's and stuff but can't remember what they made.

All in all, good result in my opinion. Next step is maybe 4-2-1 manifold as it should increase the low down torque and add a little bit to peak power.
