they will take you back to a police station and test you for it as there is no road side testing kit for drugs as there are too many varieties

so if they suspect i was smoking it id deffinatly get taken back police station? and if i was found possitive what would happen

if they found more than a 'personal use' amount on your person or in the car you would possible get fined or charged if it was a large amount i guess
Dont know if you would definately get taken to the station but i doubt they would want to let you drive your car if they thought you were flying higher than a kite

if they think you are driving under the influence of drugs they will take you to the station for testing, and if positive I think the penalties are similar to driving under influence of alcohol.

remember an experiment that governement did and quickly hid, they found in test conditions the people who got stoned drove much more cautiously and were more concentrated on the task

me and a mate got pulled in my old corsa and he had some on him, he got arrested and had to go on a reabiltation courseof some sort, waste of time really, think it depends if police who pull you are that bothered though.

There was a test like this on 5th gear or something similar with simialr results.
