I believe the X20XEV & C20SEH share the same bhp, which is 134bhp as standard so it depends if you want a lighter block or one which produces more top end

the x20xev's are starting to get more tuning bits available for em. ive got one in me omega, theyre not that bad.

but really, if you want more power, as ditch said.
