Spent today at the MPH show in earls court.

MMM very mixed opinions on this one.
Firstly £25 a ticket for what we saw was crap!!

Lots of zondas, Tvrs, top of the range mercs, land rovers, vauxhalls, wiesman, aston, etc etc all the top marques etc, but with all the cars so tight togethor it was hard to look around them, with all the kids jumping in and out etc.
Plus all that top end stuff is nice to see the once but does my head in!

Anyway a nice F40 and some nice choppers but most of the cars were just the basic.

Must say though im extremely tempted to wait untill the astra vxr comes out and spend lots of money lovely car to look at and sit in!!

Then the action arena, yeh all good to see Jeremy, Richard and Tiff doing some doughnuts etc, but as the stage was so small not much really happened apart from terry grant and some crazy spec imprezza with anti lag pleasing the crowd.

very very much a family show, perhaps its just me but was all very much for the kiddies etc.

I doubt i would go again as something like Autosport where they have the cars majority of the time, all the tuning companies and most cars are special bespoke items or race cars, which turn me on
Plus the action arena has better cars, such as old school rally cars and the old school drivers, more my thing again

I know there 2 totally different types of show but i expected a LOT more than i actually got for my £25

Rant over

We paid £30 for our tickets for the sat, thought the arena show was quality, some really nice cars but not as big as i thought it would have been, still worth the trip down though

Brad did you get any pics?

I went on the Saturday... didnt pay a penny for a ticket though!!

got there at about 3pm... and was done by about 4:30 / 5-ish

spent about 30mins looking at the Saleen S7 and at least 30mins looking at the Astra VXR... which means I spent less than an hour looking around!!

Did anyone see the F430 get dented BIG STYLE??

was on the second floor just as you came up the escalators... by the Auto Italia stand.

Proud dad was taking a photo of his boy standing next to a rarri, boy literally touches the very badly located pillar, which falls over onto the rarri!! Denting the rear quarter panel horribly - the car was open for offers too

I didnt know weather to laugh cry or scream, but seeing as I had a press pass for the show I should really have taken some pictures of it!!

(they covered it up almost immediately!!)
