Right i've been looking around on these boards and the winter weather seems to be making a right mess of some peoples cars (someone even said their coolant froze and killed the engine)

So thought what can we all do to make sure our cars make it through winter?

i'll start:

get antifreeze levels checked in coolant

make sure tyres are at right pressure (having uneven doesn't really help with the roads all iced up etc, or over inflated is asking for hedge visits)
