charged me in total £84 for a bounced DD and overdraught!

Yes it was my fault and should be charged but thats discusting!

HSBC charged me about £62 in unauthorised overdraft fees plus £20 for a 'temporary' overdraft last month!

Go into the branch and be nice to them. Tell them you didn't realise the money was coming out on that date and that if they look at your account it hasn't ever happened before. Sometimes they waive them
