A: dunno
B: with bolts thru the holes at either end, so it wont fit sidemount seats
C: seatbelt pre-tensioner thingy i think.

a and c are both for the pre tensioner by the looks of it.
b. side mounts still bolt downwards don't they?

they would probably be specific for 1make of seat.
unless there's a universal standard mounting pattern which i doubt.
that frame doesn't even look like a corsa one btw.!

so say ur looking to put momo buckets in... u would need momo subframes/sliders
