Ever thought our insurance is due to people driving about with non-valid insurance?

Corsa B '99 - I'm 33 with 3 years ncd (transferred from motorcycle insurance - how cools that?)

I've been driving for years and have had more than my fair share of quotes, but let me qive ya'll a bit of advice from an ole' b/tard thats maybe worth taking heed of:

Going with the cheapest quote aint always the best option. Weigh up the XS as well - I've had quotes that were £50 cheaper than the last but £200 XS more... do your own math on that one.

I was insured with Admiral years ago and had a rear n/s end smack from a Volvo driver - he said it was my fault and they just paid him out without even consulting me at all.

Sometimes your better going with a more expensive quote (ok £2-4000 sounds a wee bit stupid) just to go with a reputable company.

I pay £400 fully comp with 3 years n/c with our lass as a named driver on as well and I live in Leeds
(car crime central) - Prudential

Good luck guys. hope this helps

I spent a good day getting quotes from all major insurers, in the end went with the cheapest quote which was around a £200 difference from the second cheapest both with a £500 excess. I did a search on here after getting the quote and went because of comments from other users, good move that was – had an accident last month and my car was a write off, got dealt with quickly and had a new car 2 weeks later.
