they are on popper type things mate , i undid the plastic surrond part at the bottom and wedged a bic pen behind the card and kind of pivoted it out

i swopped mine over today to some black one,
they are held on by five poper thing at the top and one screw or something in the corner my the seats, undo all the screws from the trim around it so its easyier to work on, basically you just pull really hard,
putting it back in is really fiddley and take ages,

i found it quite hard to put them back so removed the rear seats while they were being covered and they went in no probs

yeah, its the rear setas that gives you the problems cause they get in the way and you can see what you are doing
