It looks likes normal users can delete posts from other users in there?

OR does that just mean if anyone deletes their own post, it shows up in there?

Yea just done a little test. If you delete your own reply it now goes to trashcan.

If you delete your own thread it goes in there as 'Thread author delete'. All replies go with it. Thread author name is the same as Trash name.

If you delete a post from a thread it goes in there as 'Post author delete', author name is author of the original thread - ie. could be someone else. Trash name is you.

Done for logging purposes and in case anyone decides to delete something which should have stayed for historical interest.
