Are these safe, how do they work, and will they allow a set of wheels with PCD 112 to fit my Vectra C at PCD 110?

its a wheel bolt with a loose usually 60deg tapered collar to allow wheels with the wrong pcd to be fitted to your car. Most commonly found on Fiats with pcd of 4x98 to use wheels with 4x100 (vaux, vw, seat, reno and rover etc...)
