There is box sound in there somewhere but that high pitched whine is the blower. It almost completely disappears when the car passes the camera and you're listening to exhaust rather than induction sound - it sort of sounds like a cross between someone realy going for it on the old comb and paper and a seriously angry and over steroided mosquito
