i thought it chewed through pads quicker with the grooves faced that way.

if you want strong braking power but reduced service life you have the disks that way

if you want slightly less pwerfulll braking and longer service live you have them the other way

Anyway.... I think my brakes are good, lol do the job, and yes them rims have only just come out, £800 with falken tyres, from R Tec, well pleased with them et45 offset on them
