I dont want a job though
Prefer to stay at home and look after my son
my mum looked after 5 of us by herself and still managed to work.
clearly you're just bone idle and expect everything to be handed to you on a gold plated buffet dish.

Why bother working, though, if the government will give you everything (that us normal hard-working folk have to pay for) for free? Also, why not claim you're escaping from sadistic murdering soldiers in Azerbikazakhstaniland, and have a free house, car, and a £20k free salary thrown in for doing nothing?

£22,000 basic annual + £1000/week = £74,000 total annual
That becomes:
Gross Income: £6,166.67
Tax-Free Allowance: £395.42
Taxable Amount: £5,771.25
Tax Paid: £1,817.30
National Insurance: £282.62
Net Take-Home: £4,066.74
Far wrong?
almost exact

I have worked though, up untill almost a year ago. I harly seen my son when I worked and since the only person he has to care for him is myself I just wanted to spend more time with him. I will get a job when I feel like it but I love brining up my son on my own I get good satisfaction from it. We dont get as much as some people think. I get just less than £600 a month. And If I was working Id only take home £500 if your lucky after paying for nursery fee's, rent and council tax and travelling plus being away from my son for most of each day. So id rather be with him and teach him things at home for just now

For which I would have to go to college to get some qualifications and still pay some of my rent and council tax etc so still be left with less money so how about no!

I did that before i started working for that very reason. It doesn't bother me now because i know i've had my share...
To be fair, it's not the dole wallers who are at fault, they're just taking advantage of a Government 'loophole'. They're using the system to their advantage and fair play to them for doing so...

whats wrong with corsas?
the reason i have a corsa, well 2 corsas actually is because i like them. im looking at buying a skoda octavia rs after christmas and keeping the gsi as a track beast.
all of my 'spare' money gets put away in my savings account. i save around £25k a year that i have just put towards buying a second house. i also have a lot of outgoings, a 3 year old daughter and me and the missus are setting up our 2nd buisness (costs a lot of money). i want to retire at 45 with a few £100k in the bank
quick list of outgoings:
2x car insurance £200 a month
2x buisness insurance £50 a month
nursery fees £55 a month
petrol £200 a month
mobiles £100 a month
mortgage £550 a month
home/ mortgage insurance £50
thats £1200 on the basics
