why are they so gash? lost a package of mine 2 months ago and ive had 1 email from them! there is no phone in the claims dept makes me angry crap service and no way to contact anyone

not goin to bolton as i have told them car is off the road as the parcel they lost contained parts! claiming back taxi money too

ive had recent problems with them aswell, rang them up and they offered a full refund tho so isnt too bad at all!
