spend money on ur car and dont look after the part that is actually rotting as we speak, THE SHELL/CHASSIS
the amount of money i see go on engines and resprays it worrires me cars look good from outside but i bet if u get on ur knees and look under some are very poorly maintained, my car gets undersealed completely every 1 1/2 yrs and all rubbers are removed to check for corrosion if there is any i sort it, its just why would u spend thousands on engine/respray etc if the undernieth is rotten.

Yes its a worry but normally it will be picked up at MOT and welding new structural stuff usually sorts it.

mine is sound underneath for an L reg. souldnt put several hundred bhp through it otherwise
