i went on holiday last week and asked my boss for this week and last weeks wage , which i got payed .
then today i checked my bank and it says i have been payed again today 
but i know the boss has got it in for my ass and prob wants rid of me since i sent him the dredded text message.
although hes on holiday for the next week .
so do i say to him or dont i?
if i dont and he finds out can he sack me for it?

its not your problem that they paid you twice. As soon as it goes into your account theres not alot they can do about it.

if they notice, just do as craig said, pretend u dont check ur bank account.
and if you have spent it, they will just not pay you the next week you work,. they wont loose out lol. unless noone notices or unless your boss reads CS

when my work done it to me, well, over paid by about 500£. I told the manager at the time and he said i just wont get paid for the next month. He got sacked the week after i told him so i ended up getting paid the next month aswell.

Wrong, so wrong.... they can reclaim it (almost always by means of not paying you the next month... )... the one exception is where you have genuinely (!!) spent it without realising it... the definition for this is very vague and almost never met - basically once they find out they will request return or 'deduct' it from your next pay
