they are 100% leggit, its a cheque from the other persons bank not the person so the money is 100% there, its basicly as good as cash.

Pretty sure there are almost as good as money as the money is debited from the account when it is printed.

Cheque is made out by Bank thus funds are verified and are known to be available

When buying my last car I did a bank transfer.

Cost the seller £20 but is done there and then

Ask the buyer before u meet the name of the bank they got it from so u can get the number before u meet then u can call while they are there before exchanging the goods
They are as good as cash though, person has to have the money in their account before they are allowed a bankers draft.

^^I think the person is coming up after work, say 8pm. Dont think the banks would be open, the call centres that is?

Wouldnt it be good if each banker's draft had a number on it and all you need to ring is an automated hotline, tap in that number and it would say if it genuine or not. Well hope he brings cash instead.

Thanx.
