it was drag racing so no corners involved - i think that my car is loosing some power from somewhere - the accelration is not as it was
and i require a new exhaust on it too - i think i will try and get a re-match when i done a few bits to it

you'll be lucky, they produce closer to 110. Ford said they were less than 100 to get a lower insurance group. You should still just have the edge tho as the 1.6 vaux lump makes more torque,

i thought it was abit dodgy to be honest - i did have it and both times i got beat it was a hairs lengh and i braked cos i was on the oppesite side of the road BUT still as F+F say winnings winning - inch or a mile he still won

i guess i just need to sort the exhaust out and then re-match him see whats its like then

my cars had a hard 2 1/2 weeks i have done around 1200 miles in the flipping thing -

theyre great in 1st and 2nd...can suprise cars with bigger engines but as soon as it goes in 3rd its pretty much game over for the little fez

If your in standard guise and he's got an exhaust then he's no doubt beatin you, once you've fitted and exhaust this will be a different story. The 1.6 sports change alot when you get a performance exhaust on it. You will be very suprised mate. The Zetec-s Fiesta is 103 bhp by the way.

zetec-s 1.6 is a gutless engine, the 1.6 Sport shouldnt have any trouble dispatching it to last week

should be very similar, but i wouldn't be suprised if the zetec-s had the edge over you, my brother's was slightly quicker than my standard GSi..
