All depends on the court, what road, conditions, your excuse, age etc.

My bro's mate gone done for doing 120mph on a motorway, he got a 30day ban and a fine around 500quid. Payed it the same day which annoyed the court for some reason.

I'm affraid you wont know till the day, i'd say a 30day ban at least.

bad luck mate!

if u needed ur licence that bad u should think twice before doing speeds like that, especially in your situation for traveling far and only been driving under 2 years!!

but hope u learnt your lesson, neway a mate of mine was caught doing 125mph on the motorway by mobile speed gun and was given 2 month ban i think, and a fine with points!

its likely u will get 2 months ban or less, but the 6 points will loose ur licence and i think u have to resit the test and theory!!!!!!!

This made me laugh.

Right - so you say 'you speed' but only in appropriate places. Surely motorway is the safest public road to speed on.

Then you say 'No appropriate places are on Track' ... Yet you said 'I only speed in appropriate places' - How many times have you taken your 1.0 12v 55 bhp car on track?

Sorry just made me laugh

so im guessing, may not be true, but was a load of you out in your moddified cars, racing, trying to show off and you got caught?
as been said, no one else to blame but your self, i was in a serious accident 2 years ago thanks to someone driving too fast and showing off, now although he's fine, ive got to live with the consequences all my life, because of this i can honestly say no iv never drove over 100, and although yes dont always stick to the limit, ill only ever go a little over and thats on roads i know and when i can see its safe. i hope you get off ok as i knwo how gutted id be losing my licence, however if you do you'll probably go out and do it again further down the line. just my 2p

People really are hypocrits, as if the people criticising in this thread have never done over a 100mph on an empty motorway. Myself and NovaGTE did a couple of runs to around 130mph on sunday and it was perfectly safe as we were the only cars for about 4 miles.
