i recently bought some headphones off a company from ebay, and some posters from gbposters.com. one of the speakers on the headphones fucked up, so i sent the company an email asking if i could send them back for a replacement, they said yeah no worries at all just send them back and theyll send me some new ones in the post. a week later i receive an email from them asking for ebay account details which i replied to. after two weeks i still didnt hear anything so i sent them a polite follow up email asking what the situation was...
its now been another week and still havent had a reply from them. as for the posters...
they were damaged when they were delivered. again i emailed the company, and they replied saying no problems just send them back freepost and theyll get some new ones out to me, thats now been over a month and ive heard nothing! and i also send them a follow up email asking whats going on 
im very annoyed and surprised by both of these companies and just wondering if any of you guys know what to do?
