Could be a cure to my problem on my car.

Is it underneath the fuel pump cover in the back of the car?

thats next to the fuel pump. and its probably the cause of your problem. circuit for red/blue wire goes:

ecu--relay---fuse box (fi)----fuel pump.

check the fuel pump wiring that crosses over the top of the exhaust under the car.clip may have broke and its sat down on exhaust and has eventually melted it causing it to pop fuses.that happened to my old corsa
