coming down a hill doing 50 in a 60, braked around 80 yards before a corner, skidded and locked up, went through a fence, into a bush then down a ditch.
car is a total write off
front bumber, headlights, bonnet, windscreen, both wing mirrors and paintwork all damaged. half the fence was under the car nackering rear axel, steering, engine seemed to off been pushed out of place and both tyres + rims nackered.
road had oil on which im certain caused the car to skid - doubt any blame can be passed on to that
from past experiences how much have insurance premiums gone up after a write off? pissed off now i'll be loosing my NCD

means paying out of pocket but may be better depending on how many NCB's you have built up.
