you never "grow out " of Asthma

had an attack on Friday and had to leave work early (this was brought on from that cold i had) called the doctors and they saw me right away and put me on a 5 day course of Steroids

it pisses me off cos i hadnt had an attack for ages and thought i was over it.. but jesus did it come back hard this time..
