I broke up with my ex of four yrs 2 months ago. Been going out with mates loads, started getting back into the gym, doing what I want, when I want. Also got another bird now, which deffo helps me not think about my ex. Get out more and get meetin women, you will soon find someone. The way I think of it, she finished me, and im sure she is not moping about thinking of me, so why the fcuk should I waste my life doing the same. Get on with ur life, set some goals, love hurts but u have to get on with life.

Try not to think about her, the same happened to me mate, aw really in love. Was so depressed but you have to get on with your life. I thought Id never find anyone else but then I found the girl I'm with now! Things completely change and I love this girl more than I ever did the girl I lost my V too..
You'll get over it mate and find someone better I promise

I hope so mate, I really do. To be honest I've not really put much if any effort into finding someone new, so I think I should probably start doing that now.

She rang me last nite, just talking and im thinking of getting back with her. I have started dated a girl but cant get my ex out of my head!
2 years i was with her, it had its good times and bad times. I sat up crying last nite while texting her!

Mate, after realationships like that you will get fucked in the head.
It happens to everyone, and it hurts real bad! You think you'll never get over it, but then someone else pops along, and things never have got better.
But be preprared for this to happen a number of times till you actually find the right person
