Someone I know used to have a scanner for nosing on the police channels but I think they've gone digital now so can't eavesdrop any more?

as far as i know they aren't going fully digital till next year.
They are good, u find out alot of interesting stuff going on in your area that makes it a bit of a scary place

There funny shit, especially if you go near an airport 
we had one and they were on about a astra gte that had been stolen, then the enxt thing we saw the car go flying past mates farm and the police about 2 minutes later

yep that'll do the job. really u need the book of frequencies too although im sure u can find them through google or similar

you cant listen to the police any more as they have all been digitaly encrypted.... youy can listen to the fire service off there repeaters, all aircraft freq your ok with to ...
theres loads do a seach for scanning fequencies there are endless things to try

me and my mate has some two way radios for in the cars to save phone bills ect and we hav picked up the police a few time on there but u can online hear a few words they say
