Bought a leather bed the other day, to be delivered Friday
Friday .... bed arrives, but the headboard and footboard are black and the sides are brown. Feet of the bed were damaged in transit
So i call the company, they apologise, will deliver the right bits today.
Black sides arrive, covered in sticky tape marks. Return the other sides, open up the new box to find they there are no fixings to put the bastard thing together.
Call courier, says he will come back so we can see if fixings are in the other box, courier is on his way now.
Why the fuck is it so hard for them? black bed = black bed. NOT multi coloured bed you colour blind idiots.
Knowing my luck the fixings wont be in the other box 
 going away monday ... must stay calm going away monday ... must stay calm going away monday ... must stay calm going away monday ... must stay calm

and they have posted the feet of the bed via RM first class so we wont get the till next week, and we go away Monday. I even told the company we were going away and would like it before then ... and she said yehhhh sureeee no problem.
