if you bought something online tuesday last week and it still hadnt arrive would you be getting pissed off?
I orderd some lights online and i was told 2-3 day delivery (£10 delivery as well)
got an email on the thursday saying that the lights have to come from america and they should arrive either that day or friday.
So i wait until monday and email him again and he says they are arriving tuesday. tuesday comes and go's and then he says oh no there not arriving until thursday.
Now would you be getting pissed off now? He was mr nice guy at the start replying to emails with in about 10 mins.
Now he takes hours and hours to reply.

Yeah id be kinda pissed off by now, most online things arrive between 2-5 days depending on departure point and if its in stock

Yes I would be pissed off by now!
I ordered some speakers a couple of months ago from an online shop, was told they'd take 4 days as they had to get them from their suppliers. 1 month later after regular phone calls and emails I got them.
Keep hassling them
