Those are actually normal trousers, and with a 40 inch inside leg.

All the other chaps in this picture are actually standing approx 100 yards closer to the camera than Steve and only look slightly shorter than him due to persepctive and clever camera angle.

Steve's Corsa isn't a real Corsa.
It is actually a double scale replica mock-up, based on the floorpan of a Cadilac Eldorado and is fitted with 32 inch wheels and the engine from a troop carrier.
Once again, with the cunning use of perspective, he always parks the car in the distance for picture taking, but always carries a clever 1/2 scale 3D foldaway laminated cardboard cutout of the car in his back pocket which he can errect in seconds for close-up photography.
