Should i be putting TB's on the 1600 C16XE? or the Good Old fave C20XE

if you can afford to do a xe conversion and add the tbs then youd be silly not to do that!!

im quite liking the idea of the car be lightish and as 200bhp out of the C20XE is about it without mass amounts of money for the Dry sump kits Ect, and you can get 190bhp ish from a TB equiped C16XE

i would think for the amount of power you would gain over the 1600 you wouldnt lose THAT much handling

then turbo it and electric supercharge each port directly

y not do the 20xe conversion, and then save for the TBs etc, do it in stages rather than one big jump. you'll appreciate eah individual thing then

go for the 2.0, its a much simplier, less time consuming and cheaper way to gain big power. Its also a better base for tuning.

throttle bodies on a 1.6.............it was a lot more fun when we had it than the standard xe but the let is proving to be just as much fun
