the gf is a copper. good money some shiity hours, but not that bad, gives me time to myself lots of perks to go along with all the shit you get aswell.

I'm interested in the joining the police, a good job in all, excellent rates of pay, and you'll get quite a bit of money when you retire! If you work yourself up the chain you can soon become a DCI or something!
Only thing that put's me off a bit is the long shitty hours you get! And apparantly i ain't ''hard'' enough 
But certainly a great career!!!!

Its not all out and about catchin criminals. Think of all the paper work. I know someone in the police and it can take upto 4hrs to process a shoplifter! Gets coppers frustrated!
