I confirm that the installation of a 2.0 16v engine and gearbox with the engine number *****, engine code 20xe taken from an Vauxhall Astra GTE has been correctly and safely installed into a 1999 Vauxhall Corsa Sport 16v; with the chassis number ******** currently on the registration M4 TSC. The installation has bee carried out the correct standard and the vehicle is roadworthy once again.

Making up your own engineers report will invalidate your insurance, unless your a qualified engineer. Do it on letterheaded paper with company info, registration numbers etc.

Use cc instead of Litres, go into detail of other parts which have been upgraded e.g brakes, suspension. Provide a photocopy of an MOT it to proove its roadworthyness(?).
