anyone got any idea how to package up some wheels?? obv cant pujt them in cardboard boxes, will just buckle...???

yes - cardboard boxes. Pack them in lots of bubble wrap and put some card on the face of the wheel.

How will they buckle?

Plenty of bubble wrap, maybe? I'd of thought that's set you back a bit, posting alloys?

no go to garden centre and you can get metres of the bubble wrap stuff cut, just choose what length you want

I wrapped them in bubble wrap, then covered them in black bags and loads of tape...
