Got offered my first 'proper job' after finishing uni this summer. Its gonna be a real shock not being a bum anymore but roll on the money

Took a job as a Recruitment Consultant, decent basic salary but also gonna be on commision too so hopefully I can rake it in. Not my ideal job but itll do for the time being

Consequently my 106 GTi is now for sale if anyone is interested..

What percentage of commision will you get?
The consultants i work with get barely anything as it gets split between so many people.

Recruit 360 in Bristol. Its a relatively small, new company so you probably wouldnt have heard of them. Yeah heard its quite hard but the scope to earn is really high. Im sure I'm up to the challenge.

CCA-the commision isnt split, its individual, minimum first year OTE is £25k, however there are people at the company earning triple that after not much time. One guy is in his first year and earning £60k+

Top earners in the sector can earn in excess of 100k. There are several people at the company earning around the 50-60k mark.

Easily but be prepared to work all hours god gives you.

One of my mates is on for 38k this year - his second at the job. He also gets a IS300, phone and laptop (cunt).

However, my other mate just left his job after 3 months because it was full of happy, motivated bastards who didnt give a shit that they worked 14hrs a day

I can give you the phone number of the company so you can ask the guy who is earning it if you like

Besides Im not saying Ill earn 60k, just that many do and there is scope to do so.

Your commission will always be split with part going to you, part to the company owners and possible part going to your manager.

£250 a day from a new and small company, maybe once it has established some clients

They have loads of clients ranging from SME's to larger clients such as AXA and Halifax to name a couple. The directors took many of their clients from their previous company.

Obviously some of the commision goes to the company. Most people in their first year take about £1000-£1500 per month on top of their basic salary
