Get a few of your mates around friday night and get a crate (or two) of your favourite beer.
Stick on Football Factory (or Green Street) and proceed to watch.
Around 9-11pm when the chavs start shouting sh!t take a stroll outside and ask what the problem is.
I can assure you if this doesnt solve it - move.

my area is fine, full of chavs and drug dealers but i have never never been mugged or anything like that so im not to bothered at the mo, if anywhere in england is getting really bad its london. 16 shootings in 6 days at the beginning of 2005, 3 were fatal and 1 was a drive by with a semi-auto gun. even worse still i think that was just south london

My area has actually got a bit better, less kids seem to hang around but trouble when you're out happens a fair bit (local) liverpool is alright

It's a shame that it's a minority as always, on the whole the people round here are decent folk.
My 16yr old neighbour used to be a bit chavvy, and now even she hates the little cunts.
