its a pipe directly ehind the top of engine (when you top up oil) goes to radiator right hand side, its like a rust color comin from the join in the pipe looks like bubbles!?

probebly just water getting in and bubbling up u could try removing the pipe clean it up witha wire brush and paint it with hamerite or somink to stop it rusting again and replace the pipe

thats a leaking coolant pipe, get it fixed. the corrosion is from the coolant mixing with metal butterfly clip probably.

how do i fix it? just tighten the clip? (think its a jubilee)
