This morning I was asleep and I had a dream that a hairy animal was by my front door when I opened it I saw it...
I woke up and I screamed really loud... I don't know if I actually screamed or wether I dreamed that I screamed. No one lives with me in my house so I can't find out if I did.
How freaky is that?

i get that, not sure if i've made a noise or not, am sure i woke up the other day and couldn't move anything, so lyed there groaning for help for about 30mins then went back to sleep
not sure if it happened or i dreamt it

if im half awake/half asleep ill dream that im swimming, and wake myself up because im kicking my legs trying to swim
another one for me is dreaming im falling, then as i hit the floor i wake up really thinking ive fallen

I watched a programme about sleeping disorders a while back on Ch4! Its a recognised thing you've got

thats a really common one, people have told me its this

I was driving home from my ex gfs house once and hit a cat, i think i hit a cat ? i think i fell a sleep and then woke up imagining i hit a cat ? it was black but i dont know if this was a dream or i did actually hit the cat !
Messed me up and looked under my car but nothing there

I also do the falling thing too... You dream you are falling and when you hit the ground you leap out of bed and wake up
If I did scream it would have been bloody loud, It's well freaky...
