Trying to wire up my amp to the car (i know thick)

Well little confused as which terminal the power goes into and which the earth goes into.

Under the word POWER we have b- r b+ terminals. Now does the power go into the b+ and the earth into the R??

Anyhelp would be great

b+ will be power cable, B- will be earth cable and r will be remote wire

Thank you very much!!! and which does the amp wire running from the head unit go into? we have plugs for FRONT REAR and OUT

Cheers Jake big help!!! now the challenge of fitting it.

Done it before for a mate but with shitty equiptmen, i've got this stuff from my old car which is a bit more up market so not too sure on the thing!
