cos im a pikey, how many miles do i have left (roughly)
its a standard size 1.4SRi tank... but with the LET engine it will drink more..

how many miles i got left you think ???

should be enough to get home from work (12 miles)

Yes, but don't floor it... But fucking hell Steve. There is no way on earth you should ever run an engine like that with the fuel tank so low!!!!!!!!!!!

I struggle to get 15 miles out of mine once the red light has come on! and thats in a 1.2 16v driving it carefully!

my petrol light came on one time and it was at 4 in the mornin !

i was shittin ma self coz i was lost and if i ran out of petty at that time who could i call to help lol !i found two petrol stations and i only had my barcly card and there machines where both broke so i cudnt get money out to pay for the petrol

i still couldnt tell u where i was and i must hav been drivin for about half an hour on motorways n stuff since my light come on!

oh yeah and my car often has this problem but it was doin it really bad wen my light was on, wen i put my foot down it seems to pull back dunno wot all thats about, dunno y im writing an essay aswell

im bored at work lol

Doesn't matter if a LET runs out of petrol, as long as your not on full throttle! Mines run out loads and loads of times as I didnt have a petrol guage for a while!

When the 13 mile journey in a morning and shift at 2k and thats in my 1.4 sport lol Because im a tight arse!

i was driving the astra 1.7 dti for work and managed to get 50 miles with the fuel light on although it started flashing 5 miles before i got back. i kepted it below 2k and off boost people on the a64 wernt too happy to follow me. lol i was sh*ting my self.

I don't like filling mine up till petrol lights been on for at least 10 miles. I like to think I'm getting as much as possible out of a tank

Most I've done was 23 miles, cos I kept forgeting to go to the petrol station.
