if your after performance mods i wouldnt even bother looking as the gain per £ is hardly worth it. look into engine conversions if you can budget for it.
other than that all you can really get for them is an induction kit and exhaust to make some sort of sound but dont expect it to move any quicker.

You need to find out if your clocks are cable driven or leccy, take the clocks out and look at the back

get 1 from SXi's, SRi's, sport's or GSi's. Easy to fit.

does it matter if the speedo is off a sport or anything coz i thought all the speed would be wrong or wat ever

nope, ur speedo reads 0-130mph? so does Sri's, sport's etc etc

Probably cable with that engine, start at 10mph, get rev counter clocks that also start at the same speed, think that will narrow your options down to GSi/SRi possibly early Sport but nothing after 97ish.
There's loads of info on how to wire them, been done a lot, have a search.

buy a full system induction kit.... and then go for an engine conversion.. 1.4 sri will fit straight in i believe and your exhaust etc will be able to stay aswell!
